2. Account Trading Disclaimer

GameVault is a marketplace for buying and selling gaming accounts. Please note:

• Buying and selling gaming accounts may violate the Terms of Service of game developers/publishers
• GameVault is NOT affiliated with Epic Games, Rockstar Games, miHoYo, Riot Games, or any game developer
• You assume all risks associated with account trading, including potential account bans
• We do not guarantee that accounts will not be banned or recovered by original owners

3. Payment Terms

• We ONLY accept gift cards (Amazon, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Google Play) and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT)
• No credit cards, PayPal, or Stripe payments are accepted
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

4. Delivery Policy

• Accounts are delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation
• Delivery is via email with account credentials
• It is your responsibility to secure the account after delivery
• Change the password and email immediately after receiving credentials

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods:

• All sales are FINAL - no refunds
• If the account does not match the description, contact us within 24 hours
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

6. Limitation of Liability

GameVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including account bans or losses.
